Love Island 2019 viewers were left surprised last night when they suddenly realised two Islanders had gone missing from the villa.
The show aired a huge episode on Sunday which saw Yewande Biala confront Danny Williams over his comments to new girl Arabella Chi.
Not only that, but Maura was left furious with Tom after he questioned if she was “all mouth” ahead of their stay in the Hideaway.
But amid the drama, with the villa split over the Danny situation, fans realised that two of the most talked about stars on the ITV2 dating series were gone.
The episode continued from the highlights shown in Friday’s episode, with no episode airing on Saturday as usual.
In Friday’s show fans saw Amy Hart and Curtis Pritchard head off on a romantic date away from the Majorca villa.
After making amends following an awkward kissing challenge, Sunday’s episode kicked off with the pair still enjoying their time away.
In fact, the couple didn’t return to the villa until at least halfway through the episode on Sunday.
But hilariously, fans didn’t even realise they weren’t actually in the villa until they returned.
Taking to Twitter , viewers began questioning if they were the only ones to make the mistake.
One fan said: “I completely forgot Curtis & Amy were gone.”
Another agreed: “Oh s**t I didn’t even realise Curtis & Amy weren’t even in the villa until now.”
A third added: “Anyone else literally forget about Curtis & Amy?”
Love Island airs all week at 9pm on ITV2.
