Love Island fans 'rumble chaotic twist' as more than one Islander to be dumped

Love Island viewers know the show well enough now to know when something big is about to happen - with it now confirmed more than one Islander will be dumped in upcoming scenes.

This news has left many predicting there's an even bigger twist on the cards, now that two new bombshells are on the way.

On Friday night, a teaser clip revealed the Islanders were being treated to a beach club party in another villa, the Island Vibes Club.

But in the episode prior to this, there was a teaser narrated by voiceover Iain Stirling that appeared to confirm Sunday night may air a shocking dumping.

He announced the votes were open until Thursday night for viewers to choose their favourite girl and boy, and that those with the fewest votes would be at risk.

This combined with the usual events of the show's beach club party left fans knowing full well what was ahead.

But a slight change to proceedings left them unsure if things would be different this time around - as others quickly predicted there could be more to what they had been told.

Viewers will know that the party usually ends with bad news, and in the past different twists have led to tears and drama.

Ahead of Sunday's episode airing, host Laura Whitmore confirmed to the Islanders that more than one of them would be dumped immediately, in a first-look teaser.

So it's known that more than one will leave the show, which is unusual for the club situation, but it is still not known if it will be two, three or more Islanders dumped then and there.

It has also been teased that two new bombshells could enter amid the carnage at the beach club party, so now fans think there could be more to the drama than just a usual dumping.

Taking to Twitter, many began to speculate that like with former contestants Georgia Steel and Sam Bird, as well as Michael Griffiths and Joanna Chimonides, a couple would be torn apart by their fellow Islanders.

But with it being individual Islanders and not couples in the vote this time around, as confirmed by Iain, it's not sure how this would come into effect.

So could the bombshells be somehow involved in another separate twist, or will we lose several Islanders as the results come in?

With Michael and Joanna in 2019, the safe Islanders had to choose who to eliminate between the lowest voted couple.

It's not clear if the Islanders themselves will even have a say in the fates of those at risk this time, but viewers have shared their theories on Twitter over what will go down, and who will be booted out.

One viewer asked: "Didn't they do a thing back in series 3 where the top voted boy and girl got to pick who is dumped? Could that be the Island Club twist tomorrow?"

Another fan noted: "Although, it's at the Island Club, and there's usually a twist that separates couples. But this public vote was individual, so idk what the twist could be."

A third added: "There’s always a twist at Island Club. I reckon there will definitely be a twist tomorrow and which will then lead to the new girl & boy arriving."

A fourth predicted: "Remember when Michael and Joanna got spilt up at the club/party? I feel like that’s where Sunday’s dumping is gonna take place (the party)."

Others predicted who might be heading out the villa doors, with Jake, Kaz and Tyler all feared to be leaving for good.

Love Island airs every night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub.
