Love Island fans notice bizarre habit Maura has when she's talking about Tommy Fury

Maura Higgins has thoroughly stirred things up ever since she stepped foot into the Love Island villa.

The ring girl has made it clear who she has her eyes on - the one and only Tommy Fury.

But fans have also noticed that she has a bit of an odd habit while speaking about the object of her affection - by calling him by his full name.

And viewers were a little baffled and were speculating why.

One tweeted: "Why does she keep calling him by his full name everytime she talks about him "I went on a date with Tommy Fury" just call him Tommy. #LoveIsland."
