Many Love Island fans hoped that Lana Jenkins would continue her blossoming relationship with Casey O'Gorman after her previous relationship with Ron Hall went sour when he continued to get to know most new bombshells, however, the love triangle has now ended after the make-up artist fell back in with her ex.
Lana chose Ron once more and after telling Casey, with whom she coupled up with over the weekend, made no attempts to hide her attraction to Ron as they kissed in front of Casey.
While a heartbroken Casey looked on, Lana and Ron kissed and made up, prompting the recruitment consultant to sleep outside on a day bed rather than share a bed with Lana. Many fans felt Lana had not treated Casey well and felt sorry for him.

One said: "#loveisland Lana and Ron deserve each other .. they both are disrespectful fakes who like to use people.. I really thought better of Lana .. but she just used Casey in the end" and another added: "I’m so upset for Casey man #LoveIsland".
A third said: "I feel so sorry for Casey.. he was used as a prop for Lana to teach Ron a lesson #Loveisland" and: "Damn I kinda feel bad for Casey it sucks being used #LoveIsland". A fifth said: "Nahhhh Casey deserves so much better anyway #LoveIsland".
Later in the episode, Casey told Lana that he feels like she has "mugged him off". He said: "I really didn't appreciate the comment 'yeah I'll be your wing woman', I just feel like that is super muggy...that is like rubbing salt in the wound...your like kissing and cuddling Ron, that is super muggy."
Although Lana apologised for her behaviour Casey was still left unimpressed. The next morning Ron told him he would try to be as respectful as possible but Casey did not believe it and called him out in front of the firepit in front of the other boys.
He said: "I feel like you talk a bit of a big game, talking about respect...so don't talk about respect because I think you are just chatting s**t really." Casey later told the cameras he did not trust Ron.
