Love Island fans fear bosses have axed the best challenges with only six episodes left

We're now into the final leg of Love Island which has viewers fearing that the ITV2 bosses won't get around to exposing the Islanders to the best of the challenges.

There's only seven episodes left to the 2019 series; six if you exclude Saturday's unseen bits, and really only five if you discredit the final episode on Monday, July 29.

With drama in the villa turning a little stale, Love Island fans want to see the most explosive challenges with lies unfolding, babies screaming, and for the Islanders' parents to judge their other halves.

But show bosses also need to fit in each of the couples' final dates before a winning pair take home the £50k prize - unless of course someone 'steals.'

Fans of the show have taken to social media to request the lie detector challenge, the baby-care challenge, and for the parents to enter the Majorcan villa to make the final week of viewing as exciting as possible.

After ITV axed The Jeremy Kyle Show, it's believed that Love Island bosses have also scrapped the lie detector challenge over concerns of the wellbeing of those taking part.

In last year's series, this challenge caused quite a stir with the Islanders, as did the 'meet the parents' challenge.

Dani Dyer's famous father popped up on the TV screen to give Jack Fincham a good grilling, while Alexander's mum became everyone's hero.

Chaos also hit the villa when they were tasked with looking after a robotic baby for the day.

The male Islanders raced the babies in their prams, which sent Dr Alex George flying, and viewers also witnessed the hysterics after Josh Denzel accidentally pulled off his baby's arm.

However we'll have to sit tight for the rest of the week to see what the Love Island bosses have in store.

You can watch the final week of Love Island on ITV2 every evening at 9pm.
