Love Island fans call for contestant to be AXED after 'despicable' hunting pictures emerge

Love Island hasn't even started yet, but fans are already demanding that one cast member is dropped from the line-up.

New pictures obtained by The Sun show Ollie Williams posing next to an endangered animal.

23-year-old Ollie is a viscount-in-waiting, and is heir to the 2,000-acre Lanhydrock estate in Cornwall.

The pictures have now been deleted, but fans are now demanding Ollie is dropped from the show.

Another added: "I hope the shameless Ollie will be axed from the show before it starts. Then I will watch."

"Why is Ollie going in Love Island?" questioned somebody else.

"Ollie better be the first one out of love island," said a third.

"Ollie you're cancelled hun," tweeted yet another angry fan.

A spokesperson for ITV told Manchester Evening: "A source close to Ollie said 'It is categorically untrue to suggest Ollie is involved in hunting for sport.

"Ollie is a passionate conservationist and worked with an anti-poaching unit in Mozambique

"Conservation is crucial to the survival of animals and as part of that work Ollie was involved in the culling of sick animals who were a threat to the health of the herd.

"There is a very big and important difference between trophy hunting and the conversation work Ollie has previously been involved in.

"At no point has Ollie organised or booked anybody to go to Africa to shoot game.'"
