Love Island fans baffled by Indiyah’s comment about Ireland in new clip

Irish Love Island fans have been left baffled by a comment Indiyah makes about Ireland during a date with Dami tonight.

It’s the return of the after coupling brunch dates tonight, as the islanders get to know eachother better.

But after a sneak preview, viewers were left scratching their heads over a conversation between Dami and Indiyah about Ireland.

The microbiologist gushed that he couldn’t wait to bring her back home, saying: “I just can’t wait for you to come to Ireland.”

Taken back by the invite, Indiyah said: “Really?”

But she left Dami looking even more shocked when she went on to ask: “Is there like, shopping centres down there?”

And fans on social media had the same shocked reaction, quickly taking to Twitter to react to the clip.

One wrote: “Indiyah babes we don’t live on fields, Ireland isn’t just fields!”

Someone else raged: “Is indiyah for real , for christ sake.”

“Does Ireland have shipping centres? Indiyah babes don’t kill me,” another penned.

Other’s saw the funny side, with one writing, “Indiyah my comedian queen.”

“Dami’s face here please I’m crying,” another joked.

And as the pair are tipped as one of the favourites to win the show, someone else quipped: “Sis is ready to go shopping with that £50K.”

Elsewhere on the brunch dates, the topic of conversation quickly turns to last night’s recoupling speeches.

Jacques says to Paige: “The speech last night, I believe that was a special moment. It made me feel so full inside.”

Luca has similar praise for Gemma, saying: “Honestly, it was a good speech and I’m just glad we’ve got something very special going on.”

Tasha and Andrew follow suit, as Andrew says: “I’ve not felt like this in a very, very long time if not ever.”

Tasha agrees: “I’ve not had a guy that looks at me the way you do, you see it in the movies when they give that certain look to each other- I feel like we have that.”

Meanwhile, things heat up for Gemma and Luca as they head to the hideaway and sparks fly for Ekin-Su and Davide again as they are sent off on their first date.

Later that evening, Andrew receives a text asking all Islanders to gather at the fire pit.

When all the Islanders are seated, Paige receives a message through which the Islanders learn the public have been voting for the most compatible couple.

It reads that “those with the fewest votes risk being dumped from the Island tonight.”

But who will be safe and who will be at risk?

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on Virgin Media Two and Virgin Media Player.
