Love Island fans have been left baffled after noting the way Kady McDermott brushes her teeth.
The 27-year-old – who previously starred in series two of the ITV2 show - entered the Majorcan villa as a bombshell last week.
In her first 24 hours she had already caused trouble by stealing bad boy Zach from Molly, which led to Molly being brutally dumped from the island.
Zach appears to have swiftly moved on with Kady, who he tried to kiss on the terrace but she rejected him.
And as fans wait to see what happens between them next, they can’t stop talking about her unusual habit.
As the islanders were filmed getting ready for bed, eagle-eyed viewers noticed Kady has an odd way of brushing her teeth.
Instead of squeezing the toothpaste onto the brush – as most of us do it – she squeezed it straight into her mouth before brushing with an electric toothbrush.
And it’s got viewers confused with one taking to Twitter to ask: “Who puts toothpaste in their mouth first #LoveIsland.”
Another said: “Kady McDermott squeezing toothpaste into her mouth, lipsing the tube, then cleaning her teeth, rather than putting the toothpaste on the toothbrush has boxed me to f***.”
“Hope that wasn’t a communal toothpaste that Kady just sucked out rather than squeeze onto the toothbrush #LoveIsland," a third chimed in.
Questioning if they had been doing it wrong all this time, a fourth commented: “Does everyone put the toothbrush in their mouth and not on the brush?? Have I been doing it wrong all my life #LoveIsland.”
A fifth mused: “Has anyone else not stopped thinking about how Kady put toothpaste in her mouth instead of on the toothbrush #LoveIsland.”
While a sixth added: “The way Kady just used that toothpaste has blown my mind. Surely this isn’t a thing? #LoveIsland.”
Posting a gif of Kady caught in the act Boots, who are partners of Love Island and provide beauty products, joked: “This isn’t just any toothpaste... #LoveIsland.”
After Medhi and Mal were two more Islanders dumped from the villa last night – fans have predicted Molly will return to get her ‘revenge’ on Zach.
They are hoping the 21-year-old theatre star from Doncaster pops up again during Casa Amor week.
And it was revealed that Molly has flown back to Spain, which means this could actually happen.
Molly will now return to the UK later than planned due to a sudden change of circumstances.
One fan tweeted: "They should put Molly in Casa Amor as one of the girls, so Zach has to decide whether to choose her or Kady at the recoupling #LoveIsland.”
Another said: "Why do I get a sneaky feeling Molly is going to be in @LoveIsland Casa Amor waiting for Zach #LoveIsland."
"Just a thought - being back Molly Marsh for Casa Amor #LoveIsland," a third added.
