Love Island fans baffled as Andrew cries over Tasha betrayal despite kissing Coco

Love Island fans were confused when they saw Andrew Le Page sobbing on the show, after feeling he had been mugged off by current partner Tasha Ghouri - while some viewers did have his back.

The confusion came as just two nights ago, Andrew forgot about Tasha and got steamy with new girl Coco Lodge.

Recent scenes have shown him insulting Tasha and making it clear he has ditched her for Coco, ahead of the recoupling.

Speculation over Andrew's tears led many to question if he had found out about Tasha's kiss with Billy, or if he regretted things with Coco.

So to find out he was getting upset because of how things have panned out with Tasha, and the claims she has been using him, left viewers confused - especially because of his recent antics.

Taking to Twitter, fans didn't understand why he was suddenly so upset given his own Casa Amor behaviour, as others sympathised with the Islander who was hurt that the girl he wanted apparently "didn't think he was enough".

One fan said: "Andrew is s**t talking Tasha but then in the morning he’s crying about her???"

Another tweeted: "Andrew crying… over his own decision???"

A third wrote: "Sorry, is Andrew crying with the sad music playing supposed to make us feel? Wtf has he heard about Tasha to make him have acted this way with Coco? She hasn’t said anything in the Beach Hut or to others that she hasn’t said to his face."

Others supported him though, with one writing: "My hearts breaking for Andrew," as a second tweeted: "Owh poor Andrew."

It comes as some Love Island fans were left annoyed after realising the ITV2 series has ditched a savage twist from the show.

Neither villa has been sent a postcard exposing the 'cheating' antics of the boys or the girls to their original partners.

Normally, a postcard containing images of Islanders kissing bombshells and sharing a bed with them is sent to the main villa, and it often causes upset.

This didn’t happen this year, and instead it has gone straight to the recoupling.

Some fans wondered if it was because of how much upset it caused in the last series, leading to Ofcom complaints.

It has been ditched once before too before returning last series, and some viewers are thinking producers are saving all the juicy content for Movie Night instead.

Either way, some viewers are not happy about it given how much the boys have had their heads turned this series.

Taking to Twitter, viewers shared their outrage over the missing postcard, realising the girls would not be warned before making their choices.

One viewer said: "my head is already hurting. no postcards? casa cut short, very messy."

Another asked: "Wait, does this mean there will be no postcard ? no heads up? Just the girls being left solo and shocked once their partners walk in with new birds??!"

A third said: "So no postcard this year?" which was echoed by a fourth viewer who tweeted: "we were ROBBED of postcard saga what the f**k."

Love Island airs every night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub.
