Love Island Edinburgh narrator Iain Stirling mocks the boys with Shaggy classic

Cheeky Love Island commentator Iain Stirling had his hand on the pulse of fans as he took a light-hearted dig the lads' behaviour ahead of their return to the villa from Casa Amor.

The funnyman and Edinburgh University graduate posted a video of himself singing along to reggae star Shaggy's hit 'It Wasn't Me.'

Released in 2000, the popular song tells the story of a love cheat denying everything to his other half - despite being caught in the act.

The Daily Record reports how Stirling, along with Love Island fans, was waiting to see the fall out from contestants Liam Reardon and Toby Aromolaran getting close to new bombshells Lillie Haynes and Mary Bedford.

And Teddy and Tyler also betrayed the girls they're coupled up with at Casa Amor, despite Teddy later saying he missed Faye.

In last night's episode the boys returned to their first loves - and tried to explain their behaviour.

Toby was reportedly having doubt about his decision to be unfaithful as he returns to Abi after hooking up with Mary, and Faye and Teddy's relationship was also being tested following the pictures of him kissing another girl in Casa Amor.

The postcard image of his snog led Faye to crack on with Sam.

Iain Stirling called Thursday night's episode, which ended on a cliff hanger, one of the 'classics'.

He added "If you don't agree you are one of those people who are stuck in the past and say mad s*** like 'School was the best years of my life".
