Love Island contestant 'confirmed' as hunk Aaron Francis set to join 2021 villa

Love Island 2021 is reportedly set to welcome Aaron Francis among this year's cohort.

The 24-year-old model, who hails from London, is believed to be joining a group of sexy singletons at the Love Island villa in Mallorca when the series starts at the end of June.

According to the Mail Online, Aaron has become one of the first Love Island stars to be 'confirmed' ahead of the ITV show start date.

The hunky model boasts plenty of sizzling pictures on his social media and most previously said that his employment was as a promotional model and host. According to his LinkedIn, he has also previously worked as a club promoter and a lifeguard.

An insider speaking to the publication also claims that bosses think Aaron will be a huge hit in the upcoming series.

"Aaron has no real claim to fame, he's just a normal guy. However, his job does mean he sometimes moves in glamorous circles and he gets lots of attention," the source said.

"Bosses think he'll be a real hit in the house with the girls and also get on with the guys."

A representative for ITV has been approached by The Mirror about the news.

The announcement comes shortly after fellow contestant beauty queen Sharon Gaffka was also named as another Love Island star heading to the Spanish destination.

Sharon, who won Miss International UK in 2018, previously worked in the Civil Service, largely for the Department for Transport, before taking part in the beauty competition, The Sun has reported.

It comes after bosses confirmed that this year's cast will be trained in trolling and finance after a string of tragedies for Islanders.

TV bosses have confirmed the 2021 islanders will be subjected to coaching in money matters and dealing with online trolling as well as receiving therapy sessions to help them adjust to their newfound fame after leaving the villa.

Love Island 2021 is set to commence on the 28th of June on ITV. It follows after the show was postponed last year because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

This year's show is set to be a bumper series brimming with sexy Love Island stars and lots of surprises.

Although ITV is yet to announce the official lineup, it has been claimed that this year's contestants have already been whisked away to the sunny location and will be in lockdown before they appear in the villa.

Ahead of their debut, it was also revealed that the Love Island hopefuls have their phones confiscated and are given a chaperone to keep a watchful eye on them.

Because they only get to meet their Love Island co-stars when the show starts, it means that the budding influencers are currently in relative isolation before filming starts.
