Love Island bosses 'eye up' Molly-Mae lookalike PrettyLittleThing model for new series

Love Island bosses are said to be vetting model Chloe Baker for the upcoming 2023 winter series of the ITV reality series.

The TikTok star has worn clothes for Missy Empire and Lipsy London, as well as fast-fashion brand PrettyLittleThing.

The winter version of the series will be kickstarting on Monday January 16 in South Africa.

Maya Jama is set to take over hosting duties from former host Laura Whitmore, who quit in 2022, and her debut has been teased in a series of ads as she gears up to ‘take love by the horns’.

This will only be the second series of the winter version after ITV2 was forced to cancel the show due to air in 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Model Chloe could be among those entering the South African villa this year, according to the MailOnline.

She may even follow in the footsteps of her lookalike and PLT creative director Molly Mae Hague, a former Love Island star who found romance with boxer Tommy Fury.

In a potential hint to her exciting 2023 plans Chloe kicked off the year telling her 15.3K Instagram followers it will be the 'same circle, same game' but a 'different level' as she posed in a sparkly, floor length dress.

The influencer, who is represented by Nemesis Models management in Manchester, also has 12.7K followers on TikTok.

The Mirror has contacted ITV for comment.

This year’s winter Love Island will feature the biggest villa of the entire series and is located in a secluded and protected area in the Franschhoek wine valley.

As the show has started to make more of an effort to be more environmentally conscious, the house is eco friendly and runs off grid by generating its own electricity and water.

According to the villa's website, there are 8 Manor House rooms and three separate three-bedroomed ensuite villas.

It has a capacity for 34 guests making it the perfect size for contestants and crew.

This comes after reports last month that Love Island bosses were rushing to get the new villa ready in time for its new winter series.

The brand-new luxury pad is being given a "complete makeover" for when the show returns.

Newly minted host Maya has shared her excitement over the new job, she said how excited she is to be ‘hosting one of the nation's favourite shows’. She will also be hosting the summer version of the show which is set in Majorca.
