Rapper Aitch has revealed he was approached by Love Island bosses to appear on the show.
Aitch has reached dizzying levels of fame recently, with massive tunes such as Buss Down, and he's set to perform at his first Capital Jingle Bell Ball this weekend.
The Taste rapper has revealed he could have had his chance at romance on Love Island but decided it was a bad idea.
Aitch told Rob Howard and Sonny Jay on Capital Breakfast: “I got asked to go on Love Island, no word of a lie!”
"Obviously it would have been funny; I did think about it. It was a 'no' straight away, but it would have been very funny," admitted Aitch.

The 19-year-old laughed and gave his reason for not taking ITV bosses up on their offer: “I’ve not got the body!”
Rob Howard gushed at the star: “You’re in good shape, you’re trim!“
“Nah, I’m not you know, I’m not. I’m slim, not trim,” Aitch blushed.
“That’s not the only reason I said no.”
Aitch said he’s an artist and doesn’t want to be a reality star, but he didn’t completely write off the idea, adding: “Maybe one day.”

After rapping in school, Aitch rose to fame quickly by uploading several videos to YouTube, gaining hundreds of thousands of views in just three months.
Since, he has gained the attention of the likes of Stormzy, after releasing his first track Straight Rhymez.
He recently released his second EP, AitcH2O, which featured his singles Taste (Make It Shake) and his collaboration with ZieZie, Buss Down.
