Love Island bloodbath as six singletons dumped during brutal recouping

Love Island turned nasty on Thursday tonight after a brutal 'stick or twist' as part of a Casa Amor recoupling.

Having watched the girls head away to the other villa earlier this week, viewers were horrified to see how the supposedly loved-up couples were acting.

It all culminated with a dramatic gathering around the firepit and the arrival of Laura Whitmore.

Laura entering the villa usually only means one thing - a dumping, and that's what happened for six of the unlucky singletons.

Jack Keating, Mollie Salmon, Cheyanne Kerr, Jazmine Nichol, Samuel Agbiji and George Tasker were all booted off the competition after failing to make an impression with any Islander.

Some viewers believed that Jack and particularly Jazmine hadn't even been on the show after they got very little airtime.

But having watched Cheyanne get close with Jacques O'Neill - so much so that things got EXTREMELY raunchy in the pool - those who tuned in were stunned to see the former rugby player choose to stick with Paige Thorne.

Jack, the son of Boyzone star Ronan Keating, had been seen trying to strike a match with Gemma Owen, but the 19-year-old chose to stick with current partner Luca Bish.

Mollie left a parting shot for Davide Sanclimenti (who chose to remain in a partnership with Ekin-Su) by saying about the Italian: ‘‘We were sharing a bed most nights and we were kissing.’’

Fellow Casa Amor arrivals Coco Lodge, Summer Botwe, Chyna Mills, Billy Brown and Josh Samuel Le Grove all coupled up with 'original' Islanders.
