The Love Island contestants have to deal with a classic challenge making a return on Wednesday evening.
Because both the boys and the girls will get to try their hand at looking after babies.
Each couple have to comfort and feed their fake babies while trying to navigate their relationships.
And after all of that work, one couple will be booted off the island at the end of the episode.
Kaz and Tyler chose to name their little one Benjamin whereas Faye and Teddy went for Remi.
Jake and Liberty's baby is called Tommy, Mary and Aaron's is named Sienna while Chloe and Toby's is called Marley.

As for Millie and Liam? Jackson Reardon has a ring to it.
During tonight's episode, the girls are left to look after their newborns while the boys enjoy a game of golf outside the villa.
Toby receives a text which reads: “Boys. It’s time for the girls to have some mother and baby time whilst you head out of the Villa to take a break. #teeoff #dadsholiday”
After their game, the boys gathered around to discuss their relationships with their other halves.

"Bumps in the road bring you closer and once you come out the other side," Jake said of Liberty.
"We’re going onwards and upwards and I couldn’t ask for more."
Teddy also gushed over his girl Faye and said: "Every day waking up we’ve got smiles on our faces. I couldn’t ask for a better woman to start this journey and continue this journey with. I’m excited, boys. I haven’t felt like this in a while."
Of course, Liam had to join in on the fun despite their relationship going through "ups and downs."
"We’ve come such a long way through the ups and downs," he explained to the lads.
"We’re in a very good position. We’re very strong. Things are going very, very well."
However, the fun soon ends when Faye receives a text later in the evening about the elimination.
"Islanders. Please gather around the fire pit immediately," it read.
Standing at the fire pit, Kaz receives a text which reads: “The public have been voting for their favourite couple. The couple with the fewest votes will be dumped from the island tonight.”
One by one the couples who are safe are revealed until just one remains. Who has received the fewest votes and will be heading home tonight?
