Love Island Australia viewers cringe as first three boys are humiliated by girls

Love Island Australia viewers were horrified during the first episode when the first two boys to enter the villa had absolutely no girls interested in them.

Josh, Justin and Charlie all marched into the villa and stood in front of the five new girls, who were supposed to step forward if they fancied the boy.

No one stepped forward for any of the hunks, and viewers were mortified for them - until finally Natasha stepped forward for Charlie.

One tweeted: "This guy was bigging himself up and got no steps forward #LoveIsland".

"Poor Josh #LoveIsland #LoveIslandAU" added another.

"Wow no one stepped forward for #Justin either! What's going on! #LoveIslandAUS #Loveisland #Australia " remarked another.

The 2018 series was billed as: “Bring on the Bombshells, the Bromances and a little bit of Naughty Naughty! It’s the Love Island you love, just with a different accent. Bring it on!”

With a $50,000 prize waiting at the end of the series, ten contestants are looking for romance and a life-changing lump of money on the Majorca island.

Australian singer and actress Sophie Monk presents the series, with Irish television and radio presenter Eoghan McDermott narrating the show.

Posting on Instagram on Sunday, ahead of the series’ airing on ITV2, McDermott teased fans by saying “the Islanders take a few days to actually talk to each other and the action takes a few days to materialise.

"BUT, MY GOD it turns into an absolutely cracking series!”.

He continued: “There’s such heart, laughs, drama, twists etc - honestly such good fun.

“So, be warned, a slow start but an absolutely roaring finish!”
