Love Island Australia viewers were horrified when Charlie approached his crush Millie for a chat in the most bizarre way possible.
Charlie is coupled up with Natasha, but he fancies Millie and Natasha fancies Justin, and Natasha quickly told Charlie in no uncertain terms that she did not fancy him and only saw him as a friend.
Charlie decided to approach Millie for a chat, but the way he got her attention caused the nation to collectively cringe.
Straight after Charlie had been dumped by Natasha, narrator Eoghan McDermott quipped: "Well Charlie took that like a man.
"What he needs to do is have a direct conversation with Millie, he needs to start off smooth, suave, and definitely not use his pointy finger move."
Charlie could then be seen reaching out his finger and prodding Millie right in the side of the head.
"Hey you," he said, still pointing his finger in her face as she turned.
"Can I have a chat with you?"
To make things even worse, Millie straight away told Charlie she couldn't see anything happen with him because he is too young and just wants to hang out with the boys.
One viewer tweeted: "Did man just try poke her in her head side #LoveIsland ".
"Why is Charlie pointing his finger at Millie. That is so rude #LoveIsland " added another.
Another viewer commented: Charlie has just be friendzoned 2 times in one night. I can't handle this
A fourth giggled: "Charlie has once again been taken down a notch or five".
The first episode was far from chilled out as the contestants immediately became embroiled in several love triangles.
Tayla is the object of both Justin and Josh's affections, and Tayla is currently coupled up with Josh but is considering jumping ship - but will she give Josh a chance instead?
