Love Island star Dom Lever has received a hair translant.
The 28 year-old, who shares a baby with wife and fellow Islander Jess Shears, released a video in which he explained the procdeure.
He's having it done to restore his receding hairline and kept his locks looking fresh.
In the video, which was released to MailOnline , Dom explained that it had been pain free up until that point.
The chiselled hunk, lying on the procedure table at KSL Clinic, said: "We are at Stage Two, we've finished Stage Two, which is the incisions and this morning they took the graphs out of the back of my head.
"Other than the anaesthetic going in, I didn't feel a single thing.
"Now, it's just putting them into the front of the head. I just can't wait to get finished really and see the end result."
The camera then cuts to Dom sat with a surgeon.
He tells fans that if they're considering something similar, consider heading to the same clinic.
Later he asks the surgeon: "You do a consultation free of charge, don't you?"
"Yes, we do," he replies.
Dom continues: "They don't force you into doing anything, they just give you advice on it. Personally, for myself I feel like talking to the team is what gave me the nudge in the right direction. "
"So that's me done for the day," he says as the camera cuts to just him, "Got the hair transplant as you can see. It's been amazing, took literally half the time I thought it would. Don't hold me to that though, it might actually take longer for you guys.
"Everyone here's been amazing, made me feel super welcome and I literally didn't feel a thing.
"I imagine I'm gonna feel it in the morning. It's just about aftercare now, and that's my new hairline."
Dom and Jess have drawn the adoration and praise of fans recently after he broadcast her breastfeeding on Instagram .
Proud dad Dom gushed: "There is nothing more real than stopping at a services to breastfeed.
The pair had a rocky start to their relationship in the Love Island villa.
They eventually wed in late 2018 on the sun-drenched Greek island of Mykonos.
Earlier this month, they welcomed their first child.
