New Love Island star Aaron Simpson's dodgy haircut has been explained after viewers took to Twitter to express their amusement over the bizarre style.
It became such a talking topic that it started trending on Twitter as fans shared their wild theories about why the sportsman had such a dodgy cut on his first day on the show.
One wrote: "Who cut this Aaron's hair it's p**sing me off, the fade is a shambles."
"Aaron's trim is a problem, how the hell did he come on the show looking like someone cut his hair with a spoon #LoveIsland," another shared.
A third wrote: "Can we just talk about Aaron’s hair though? evidently cheated on his barber for a quick trim before jumping on the plane #LoveIsland."
Another fan joked that barber Dale Mehmet had messed up Aaron's hair to give his mate Toby Aromolaran a better chance at keeping his love interest Chloe Burrows.
"I see Aaron’s hair is trending.. I reckon Dale did it on purpose before he boarded his flight home to give Toby the best chance of keeping Chloe #LoveIsland," they suggested.
Another added: "Dale must’ve cut Aaron’s hair to sabotage him, because what is that? #LoveIsland."

"Dale cut Aaron's hair but sabotaged the ting because he heard he was taking Peng Peng Mary on a date. #LoveIsland," a third said.
But now his family and friends have explained that the fade on his hair is usually a lot better as they shared a string of old pictures of Aaron's usual hair cut.
On his Instagram stories, his pals wrote alongside a string of laughing emojis: "Just to clarify, we promise his hair is not always like this.

"Boys - reminder not to cheat on your barber."
Aaron caused quite a stir when he entered the villa on Monday, opting to take Chloe Burrows and Mary Bedford out on a date.
However, it didn't go quite to plan as both girls were left less than enamoured by his approach.

He told Chloe she was "past her prime" when she revealed she was turning 26 and Mary was less than impressed with Aaron's job as her ex-boyfriend was a footballer too.
In his first interview, Aaron revealed he was looking for a long term relationship.
"I’m all about having a good time and hopefully I can leave with a worldie," he said.
"I’m definitely looking for a long-lasting relationship. I’ve got all the player stuff out of my system, I’m ready to settle down now."
He wants someone who is very "family orientated" as he revealed his family is incredibly important to him.
