Love Island 2021's Jake Cornish slid into married mum-of-two Billie Faiers' DMs

Love Island 2021 contestant Jake Cornish has revealed he once slid into Billie Faiers' DMs.

The 24-year-old engineer confessed he messaged the married reality TV star, who has two children with husband Greg Shepherd.

“My ideal woman is Billie Faiers. She is my dream woman,” he said.

“I think for a laugh once with the boys, I messaged her. I can’t remember what I messaged her.

“She’s a lady. She’s just lush.”

Hunk Jack, who hails from Weston-super-Mare, was named as the sixth contestant on Love Island ’s official Instagram account today.

It seems Billie, famous for her appearances on TOWIE and The Mummy Diaries alongside sister Sam, never responded to Jack’s message.

The 31-year-old is loved up with husband Greg, who she tied the knot with in a romantic ceremony in the Maldives in 2019.

The TV couple also share children Nelly, six, and four-year-old Arthur together.

Billie quit this year’s Dancing On Ice in February following an injury and the death of her beloved Nanny Wendy, who passed away at the age of 77.

While Jack can’t bag Billie as she’s already spoken for, he’s hoping to meet the woman of his dreams in the Love Island villa.

Before being picked for the ITV2 dating show, he was in a relationship for seven years which broke down before lockdown hit.

Now he’s keen to “take the bull by the horns and go for it” in a bid to find the love of his life.

He said: “Looks wise, I’ve always gone for blondes. But for me, the main thing is having respect and having good fun – someone who will be loyal to you.

“I’ve had messages from girls that have got boyfriends and husbands. This is why I don’t trust anyone.”

Love Island 2021 kicks off on June 28 and will feature a disabled contestant for the first time.

Hugo Hammond – who bears a striking resemblance to Hollywood actor Ashton Kutcher – was born with a clubfoot.

But the 24-year-old has gone to travel the world playing cricket for England PD (Physical Disability).

Other contestants include a footballer, a Miss International UK beauty contest winner and a Nando’s waitress.
