After being left devastated by the fact it was cancelled due to coronavirus last year, scores of viewers are now beside themselves with excitement for the start of the new series.
It was confirmed .live on This Morning this week that Love Island 2021 will start on Monday, June 28 as hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield delivered the big news that had been a long time coming.

Teasing the announcement and urging viewers not to troll this year's contestants, the statement on the show's social media read: "YOU’VE GOT A TEXT! Tomorrow we will be revealing the cast for Love Island 2021… These islanders are all single and ready to find love.
We can’t wait to watch them get to know each other, date and maybe even find the one.
