A Welsh bombshell has joined the Love Island villa and is ready to "stir things up".

Liam Reardon, 21. is a bricklayer from Merthyr Tydfil and has been single "for quite a while".

According to Liam, his friends know him better as 'Mr steal your girl'. You can read about what he is looking for in a girlfriend here.

His arrival follows a brutal first dumping from the villa. Introducing himself on Wednesday's show, he said: "I'm Liam, I'm 21 and I'm a bricklayer from south Wales.

"Back home my friends tend to call me Mr steal your girl - its says it in the name really.

"I'm not going into the villa to break anyone's heart or upset anyone but if I am coupled up with someone and my head gets turned I have no problem pursuing that.

"The lads should be worried, the ladies should be excited and I can't wait to stir things up.".

Here is everything we know about the first Welsh Love Islander Liam Reardon.

Liam is a bricklayer from Merthyr Tydfil, but his Instagram account shows his skills go far beyond being a labourer.

His account has almost 10,000 followers, and features photos of him in the Brecon Beacons, with his family and in Ibiza with his friends. His username is @liamreardon1

A number of posts also show that the Welsh boy has tried his hand at modelling. One shoot he is dressed up as a dashing groom. It is a shame that the girls in the villa can't see what he would look like standing at the end of an aisle.

Liam has also spent the last few summers working as a host at Ocean Beach in Ibiza.

His family are well known in the Merthyr area and run a family hairdressers, Hairport Hair, which dates back to 1972. Liam's dad Paul and mum Donna own and work at the salon alongside Liam's sister Niamh - who is running his Instagram account for him while he is away.

Family is clearly important to Liam as when asked about how his family would describe him he said "loving, I've got a lot of love in me. Caring, very, very fun and a good person to be around."
