Love Island 2020 viewers can't stop talking about Siannise Fudge's name

The winter series of Love Island has well and truly kicked in and viewers are getting all excited about the brand new singletons on our screens.

Representing Bristol is Siannise Fudge, who during last night's episode, coupled up with fellow islander Nas Majeed.

In a tweet on the official Love Island page a tweet was sent out saying: "Gonna tell my grandkids this was Princess Jasmine and Aladdin #LoveIsland."

However, although Siannise is now happily coupled up with Nas, this is not what has got viewers talking about the Bristolian.

As Siannise and Nas spoke by the pool, the singleton revealed her surname - and left Nas baffled.

"I'm sweet," she said, before Nas said: "I'm sure there's a good reason why."

Siannise's bizarre fudge comment

"It's because my second name is Fudge," she admitted, before saying: "Fudge as in the chocolate."

And viewers were very confused - as they pointed out fudge isn't a type of chocolate.

One viewer said on Twitter: "Someone let that Siannise know that fudge ain't chocolate. Cheers."

Another said: “Fudge as in the chocolate” says Siânnise, an early contender for dumbest line of the series. Give me strength."

Seems a bit harsh!

Others found it amusing how much Siannise decided to refer to her surname throughout the opening episode.

Someone tweeted: "New drinking game: Take a shot everytime... Siannise says that her surname is Fudge."

Another person remarked "Siannise - Buzzes off herself cos her last name is Fudge."

Love Island continues this evening (January 13) at 9pm on ITV2 and we can't wait to see what Siannise gets up to next.
