Love Island 2019: Hideaway has NOT been axed and stars will still get sexy alone time

The stars of Love Island 2019 will still get the chance to get some sexy alone time together as the Hideaway will return for this series.

There had been reports suggesting the cast's private love shack had been axed this year, but Mirror Online can confirm producers are still planning to include it.

It means the couples will still get to spend nights alone together in their own private love shack.

The pairs usually sleep together in the communal bedroom, but throughout the series they get the chance to be picked for a night in the Hideaway retreat.

It is usually a lavish bedroom with a double bed and cosy furnishing, where many of the couples end up romping on camera.

However, we can reveal there's a chance there will be some big changes to the Hideaway this year.

A source told us: "The hideout could have moved. Producers are always looking to mix things up."

Although it's a separate bedroom, the Hideaway is still full of cameras so when contestants get carried away it's still being filmed.

Host Caroline Flack took to Instagram yesterday to give fans a sneak peek at the newly-revamped villa.

The location remains the same, with the complex positioned on the sun-soaked east side of Balearic Island Majorca.

Though this year, the holiday home that we've come to know and love since 2017, has undergone a makeover revamp.

This year the bedroom has been arranged in a blue and yellow colour scheme in keeping with a fresh beachside theme.

A new swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym area have been installed to ensure the cast are living it up in style.

Love Island returns to ITV2 on June 3.
