Love Island 2019 girls as lineup is revealed for new series of itv2 show

In just a week's time Love Island will be back on our TV screens and we now know the identities of the people who are sure to have us glued to itv2 every night.

Yes it's going to be another long hot summer as 12 singles head into the villa in search of love and the big cash prize that comes with winning the show.

As the game of love gets underway, the Islanders must couple up in order to secure their place in the villa, with those who stay single finding themselves at risk of being dumped from Love Island.

The has now been revealed. Here are the girls heading into the villa, including a Geordie!

Yewande Biala, 23, Dublin

Talking about what she'll be like in the villa, the Irish scientist says "I am a terrible flirt but I’m such a girly girl and I can’t imagine stealing someone’s man in there.

"I don’t think I’d be that type but never say never."

Lucie Donlan, 21, Newquay

The surfer says "I stand out and I’m different to the usual girls that might go on the show. I’m more into sports as well as being glam. I can do both, which makes me stand out compared to other girls.

"I’m more of a guy’s girl than a girl’s girl. I’ve got a lot of friends that are into riding bikes. I get on with those girls who are bit more tomboy-ish. I get on fine with girls, I just don’t like hanging out with girly girls too much."

Asked how many she'd give herself out of 10, Geordie beauty therapist Amber says "You have to say ten because you have to back yourself! You’ve got to love yourself.

"What’s the point if you don’t? I would say ten, but not in a cocky way. I get complimented on my hair all the time."

Amy Hart, 26, Sussex

Explaining what makes her the perfect Islander, the cabin crew manager says "I’m a good mix of someone who can be fun and serious, I’ll be able to look after people and I’ll be able to get really stuck in with all the fun things too.

"Also, I am the Bridget Jones of my friendship group so I need to find someone."

Anna Vakili, 28, London

Asked about her perfect guy, the pharmacist says "I don’t know if he exists! He would be tall, good looking, dark hair and dark eyes. He would be fit.

"Personality wise, he would be loyal, kind and emotional. I like the soppy guys. I’m not into cocky boys at all, I like smart and funny."
