Love Island 2019: Chris Taylor and Harley Brash 'split' two weeks after dating show ended

Chris Taylor and Harley Brash are said to have broken up just two weeks after Love Island finished.

The couple were dumped from the island in Mallorca just six days before the final.

Taylor, 28, and Brash, 20, admitted their feelings for each other inside the villa and later confirmed they were a couple on Love Island Aftersun.

Since leaving the villa, the duo have had dates and made appearances on Good Morning Britain, Kiss FM, and Heat Magazine's Under the Duvet YouTube.

But the couple’s romance is rumoured to be over, and the pair are now said to be just friends.

A source has told the Sun Online: Harley and Chris broke up a couple of days ago, it was really amicable and they both agreed they’ll stay friends.

Sadly there’s no romance there - it was just a holiday fling.

Nobody wants to be the first couple to split up - it’s embarrassing and there’s so much pressure to stay together to make money.

“It’s all over but they don’t really want fans to know that - they’d rather someone else split up first.”

Neither of the pair have addressed the rumours. Standard Online has contacted representatives for Brash and Taylor for comment.

Experts say Love Island couples could earn millions after appearing on the ITV show due to media appearances, endorsement deals and Instagram posts.

Jannic Nielssen, influencer marketing manager for Ranieri Agency, told the Mirror: Coming out of the villa, contestants can expect to earn £2,000-£15,000 per post on Instagram.

“Becoming an influencer is definitely a quick way for them to make money.”
