The new batch of Love Island contestants has been revealed.
Five women and seven men will enter the Spanish villa with hopes of becoming this year’s winning couple, following in the footsteps of last year’s champions, Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer.
The series will feature its first plus-size contestant, 28-year-old Anna Vakili, who is a pharmacist from London. Twenty-one-year-old beauty therapist Amber Gill and 23-year-old scientist Yewande Biala are also amongst the women competing this year.
Tommy Fury, the 22-year-old brother of boxer Tyson Fury, will join the line-up of male contestants, alongside the younger brother of Strictly Come Dancing star AJ Pritchard, Curtis.
“It’s (my claim to fame) probably my brother, Tyson, but I’m my own man and I’ve said it throughout my whole boxing career. I don’t want to be labelled as his little brother, I’m my own man and I’m doing the best that I can do in life and that’s all I’m setting out to achieve,” Fury said.
Pritchard made headlines last year after he and his brother, who has been on Strictly Come Dancing since 2016, were attacked in a Cheshire nightclub. Curtis required knee surgery following the attack, while AJ was left with bruising to his face, arms, body and legs.
Caroline Flack returns to host the ITV2 series once more. You can click through the full line-up of contestants above.
Love Island returns to ITV2 on Monday, 3 June at 9pm. Love Island: Aftersun will return the following Sunday.
