Love/Hate star Barry Keoghan posts cryptic message after vicious assault

Barry Keoghan has posted a cryptic message to fans saying “I told you so” after he was viciously assaulted.

The actor needed hospital treatment after he suffered facial injuries in Galway last Sunday night.

On his Instagram page, he wrote: “Note to self, I told you so. Sincerely, Your Intuition.”

Gardai confirmed the incident, saying in a statement: “Gardai did attend an incident at a hotel in the Wellpark area of Galway City on Sunday August 15, 2021, after 3.30am.”

Barry is currently in Galway filming for Martin McDonagh’s The Banshees of Inisherin.

It also stars Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson.
