As Scotland's first brew-it-yourself facility, Stewart's know a thing or two about helping us regular folk bring our humble brewing dreams to fruition.
And of course, complete beer novices are welcome.

Guiding you through the brewing process from start to finish, from choosing a brew date to bottling and collecting your brand new creation, Stewart Brewing's Craft Beer Kitchen will give you a unique and unforgettable brew-it-yourself experience.
When you arrive for your brew session, all you need to do is let your brewer know what style of beer you would like to make and how alcoholic you would like the beer. They will work with you to customise your beer to your tastes.

You can even add fruit, coffee, oak chips, herbs, spices or any other speciality ingredients to your brew as long as you let the team know in advance.
Bring along up to 3 friends to help out and enjoy the two and a half hour brewing process with you - you'll definitely need a hand, you get between 60-72 bottles if you choose the 40-litre all bottled and it's 132-144 bottles for the 80L.
