Lovable pooch Coco is in need of a forever home

Animal welfare experts are appealing to find a new home for beautiful Coco, a Bearded Collie cross, who is currently living at Dogs Trust’s West Calder Rehoming Centre.

Sweet and loving Coco is eight years old and her carers say nothing makes her happier than being in the company of her family, getting plenty of love and affection.

A spokesperson for Dogs trust said: “Coco loves to explore the great outdoors and she always enjoys going for walks in the countryside or playing with her toys in the garden.

“A game of fetch is a firm favourite. Coco is house trained, loves jumping in the car to set off an adventure and she always has a smile on her face.

“Coco is searching for a peaceful and adult-only home in a rural area where she can enjoy life to the full.

“Coco does not like to be around other dogs and she likes to walk in quiet areas.

“She would be happiest as the only pet in the home. As Coco is at her happiest and most content around her family, she would like her new owners to be home throughout the day to keep her company and help her settle into her new surroundings.”

If you think you could provide the perfect home for Coco or any of the other 50 dogs currently available for rehoming, please contact the centre on 01506 873459.
