2019 Louisiana Football Schedule Analysis
– It’s going to be an interesting start for head coach Billy Napier’s second season with date against Mississippi State in New Orleans. Follow that up with a game against a dangerous Liberty team, Texas Southern shouldn’t be an issue, but going to Ohio will be a battle worthy of a decent early bowl matchup.
– The key Sun Belt West showdown against Arkansas State is on the road. That starts a run of three road games in four dates, ending with a date at South Alabama in the final away date of the season.
– The Sun Belt season starts out with a brutal date at Georgia Southern from the East, with no help with Appalachian State coming up next right after a week off. Troy is also on the slate, but at least it’s at home. The Ragin’ Cajun’s miss Georgia State from the other division.
