Louise Thompson swears off Botox as she plans to start a family

Louise Thompson has revealed that she won't have Botox again as she's planning to start a family.

The former Made In Chelsea star admitted that she used to get the injections in the past, but now believes the risks are not worth it.

She has been engaged to Ryan Libbey since 2018, but the couple have had to postpone their wedding due to the coronavirus pandemic.

And Louise has now said that as she starts to think about having children, she wants to be as healthy as possible.

Louise told Closer magazine: "I have had Botox before but I wouldn't get it again for a couple of reasons.

"Mainly because it can trigger reactions and that's not a risk I'm willing to take any more.

"I'm 31 now, and I'm considering starting a family.

"I don't want these alien substances to be floating around in my bloodstream and in my skin cells and all that stuff — I want to be as clear of that as possible."

Louise was one of the key characters in the early seasons of Made In Chelsea.

Her relationship with Spencer Matthews, who cheated on her multiple times, dominated the storylines.

She's now said that not working in TV has taken away the pressure on her to look "perfect".

Louise continued: "When I was working on TV, I was surrounded by people who looked pretty perfect.

"So I used to be more open-minded on surgery and Botox and fillers.

"But everything's a trend and it's all so expensive — it's just not worth it now."
