Louise Thompson compares herself to Arnold Schwarzenegger after incredible muscle gain

Louise Thompson stripped down to her underwear to show fans her incredible body transformation after gaining some serious muscle.

The Made In Chelsea star, 30, showed off her chiselled abs after she signed up for the gruelling 90-day Octagon challenge amid a nationwide lockdown.

The reality TV star committed to the tough fitness regime and has her incredibly toned body to show for it.

Louise took to Instagram to share a before and after shot, and even compared her muscle gain to 90s bodybuilder icon Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Louise told her 1.1 million followers that the fitness challenge has left her feeling stronger.

She explained that her decision to go through with the challenge was sparked by the need to get "back into a better routine with exercise".

Louise - who is the older sister of Made In Chelsea star Sam Thomspon - penned: "My mission when I started the 90-day challenge at the beginning of 2020 was to get stronger and by George did I achieve that."

She continued: "I can't stop laughing when I look at these pictures - I think it's because I have really piled on the muscle... I look like freaking Arnold Schwarzenegger.

"I guess that's mission accomplished, the last 12 1/2 weeks have been a resounding success and the best part is that I'm not alone... I have lots of other women to celebrate with! The only downside is that we're already starting to miss it!"

The brunette bombshell admitted she was "already in pretty decent shape at the beginning of the year" but nonetheless wanted to "achieve something greater".

She added: "It's not just the physical gains, but I feel a lot happier in myself and I think that translates into other areas of my life."

She continued: "I was in a bit of a funk at the end of 2019 (Ryan will tell you) and I think a lot of that was down to lacking perspective, purpose, and structure.

"There are quite a few changes that I'm making in 2020 and they're not all to do with exercise but the 90-day challenge has definitely given me a big sense of achievement and added something positive to my day."
