Louise Redknapp shares touching tribute in memory of close pal Caroline Flack

Louise Redknapp shared a moving message in memory of her late friend Caroline Flack on Sunday.

The 45-year-old former singer had been reminiscing about her close friend, five months after the Love Island presenter sadly took her own life.

Taking to social media, Louise shared a throwback picture in which she featured alongside Caroline, as well as Keith Lemon and Claire Denby.

In the selfie, the group beam from ear to ear as they enjoy an evening together.

Louise added a heartfelt message in memory of Caroline alongside the image.

"I miss you," she wrote, before adding: "Always in my heart."

Keith Lemon also shared the picture on his own social media page, and revealed that it was the last time that the comedian saw Caroline Flack before her death.

On February 15, Caroline took her own life at her Stoke Newington flat in London at the age of 40.

As tributes flooded in following the shocking news of her death, Louise revealed that she had grown close to the star after the breakdown of her marriage.

At the time, the mum of two shared an emotional tribute as she reflected on their friendship.

In the letter, Louise spoke fondly of Caroline and praised her for supporting her through the difficult period.

She wrote: "Caroline when things were tough for me and you were going through equally such a tough time you reached out to me and it was so nice to have someone that had been there and been through the same emotions and feelings as me even though different circumstances.

"I always think it takes a certain soul to be able to reach out to someone who they don't really know that well and speak from the heart but you did that for me and from that moment a close friendship was founded."
