Louise Redknapp has revealed her ex-husband Jamie ruins her one day off a week by making her take their sons to rugby training.
The pop star, 44, only only gets one day off a week from her West End show 9 To 5: The Musical and has to spend it watching her boys play rugby because Janie is at work.
During an interview on Chris Evans' Virgin Radio Breakfast Show, Louise admitted all her free time at the moment is spent in a freezing cold field cheering on her boys.
She said: "I do all eight shows a week so I have Sunday off.
"We do go out [on a Saturday night]. But Sunday morning is sport morning, I'm on the rugby pitch for four hours."
"Jamie works a lot on the weekend because he's at the football.
"My older one doesn't even appreciate it, he's like, 'Why are you here?'"

She added that as much as she loves being onstage, she looking forward to having the summer off to spend time with her kids.
Louise explained: "It's been great, I've loved it.
"I would do it forever if it was just for me but I've got two boys and I look forward to having the summer with them.

"I see them every night but I get to be a stay-at-home mum for three months."
Louise had been due to start in Dolly Parton's 9 To 5: The Musical at the start of the year, but had to pull out following a freak fall which left her with a fractured wrist.
She finally made her debut in the production on March 25 and she'll be in the show until the end of June.
