Louise Redknapp turned to her eldest son Charley for advice in the dating world.
The singer, 46, has started dating again following the breakdown of her 19-year marriage to footballer Jamie.
Her son Charley, 16, was quick to jump in to offer his mum some advice when a potential love interest wanted her to continue the conversation on Snapchat.
In her tell-all book You've Got This: And Other Things I Wish I Had Known, the mother-of-two said her son pointed out to her singles were looking for raunchy snaps on Snapchat.
But Louise was understandably relieved her teenage son could offer her some dating advice, including about the realms of explicit photos.
According to The Sun, she explained in her book: “I was talking to Charley one day about how I’d met a guy who wanted to bring the conversation over to Snapchat, and immediately he was like, ‘Mum, no’.
“Apparently, the only reason you want to Snapchat is if you’ve already got a partner or you just want to share explicit photos.
“Who knew I’d be getting dating advice from my son?”
Her two sons would love their mum to meet someone new, she has revealed in her book.
Also, the mum has spoken about the difficulties she's faced as a parent since the breakdown of her marriage.
Through her painful split, Louise credits her two sons and her mum for getting her through.
She told You magazine in a recent interview: "They’re the only thing that kept me going. Them and my mum."
Continuing, she said: "I really took the wind out of myself. I feel like I lost a year of my life – like I almost can’t remember some of it."
Her book really captures the heartbreak she went through.
She added: "I’m really scared. Do you think people are going to be unkind because I’ve been so honest?"

Louise has hopes of finding love again after her split from Jamie sent shockwaves through the showbiz circuit in 2017.
Their marriage ended just months after the songstress made the Strictly Come Dancing final with pro partner Kevin Clifton.
Her ex Jamie has mended his heartache and moved on with model Frida Andersson-Lourie.
Frida also is the mother of four and she is divorced herself.
The couple were spotted packing on PDA after emerging from lockdown.
