After all, she has posted a lockdown snap of herself in a crop top with a toned tum.
She vowed to fans to “workout as much as I can.”
The 45-year-old’s promise seems to be going well, which makes her decision to rule out going into the I’m A Celebrity jungle all the more strange.
Louise, mum to Charlie, 15, and Beau, 11, said she does not want to be seen showering in a bikini.
A trip Down Under certainly didn’t harm the career of her ex Jamie’s dad Harry, 73 – crowned King of the Jungle in 2018.
And presenter Myleene Klass, whose 2006 shower shots became a sensation, said: “I owe those three triangles of fabric everything.
"If it wasn’t for that bikini I’d have probably retrained as a midwife.”
Earlier this year, Louise revealed that her teenage boys do not approve of the racy outfits she wore to promote her latest album Heavy Love.
And she ignored their pleas to stop with the revealing looks.
The former Eternal star told Classic Pop : "When I look at other women doing similar things I don't judge them.
" Beyonce is a mum of three. I'd never dream of going, 'Look at her, swinging her booty around!'
"I'm just not prepared to be put in a box. I've been in that box for 15 years.

If Louise wants to get out of the safe zone, maybe a trip to the jungle is just the ticket.
