Known as just Louise ahead of the release of her album 'Heavy Love', the Strictly Come Dancing star has ditched her married name, clothes and mumsy image for a complete overhaul.
The 44-year-old singer has had a dramatic makeover for the raunchy lead single 'Stretch', which sees her don a leotard and writhe around with a mystery man in the video.
It marks her return to the music world 16 years after the release of her last single and 24 years after she quit Eternal.

Louise has chosen to leave behind her surname while promoting her album, after she and husband of 19 years Jamie were granted a divorce at the end of 2017.
The mother-of-two, who revealed she hadn't been in a recording studio for 18 years, previously said she felt like a 'Stepford Wife' before she went on to resurrect her showbiz career off the back of her appearance in Strictly Come Dancing.
After dancing with Kevin Clifton on the show, Louise went on to bag the role of Sally Bowles in Cabaret before returning to her pop star roots with her first live gig in 15 years.
Following a freak fall where she broke her wrist and split open her chin , Louise is also back on stage in the 9 to 5 Dolly Parton musical alongside Amber Davies and Bonnie Langford.

Louise previously revealed how she wanted to be sexy after getting her confidence back with the help of pal Daisy Lowe , who she met during the BBC contest.
The beauty, who was in the top 10 FHM Sexiest Woman in the World for five years, says that she began to feel sexy again after Daisy burst into her dressing room one night and told her: "Oh my God, look at your gorgeous body. You have to wear a sexy dress."
She did just that for the release of the cover art of her new album, wearing just a lacy bra and suit jacket while staring sultrily into the camera.
And in the steamy music video for her lead single, Louise shows off her lithe gym-honed figure as she writhes around on a chair.

Louise is still single following her split from Jamie and said that she doesn't have time to find love , her new image is sure to attract attention.
While Jamie, 45, has been linked to French model Julia Restoin Roitfeld, as well as a failed matchmaking attempt with his dad's I'm A Celeb campmate Emily Atack, Louise has been focusing on her sons and her career.
"I’m happy, it’s all good. I’m working hard and enjoying the boys… my boys, my kids, that is! No one is trying to set me up with anyone, I’m too busy working," she told the Mirror last summer.
But she insisted: “For me and Jamie, our boys are the most important thing in both of our worlds. They’re great kids.
“Me and their dad are so there for them. They are our life – they are my world.”
