Her stunning appearance comes as the former Eternal star gets set to release her new solo album ‘Heavy Love’ - her first in almost two decades.
Louise joined a host of other stars for the prestigious event which celebrates the extraordinary achievements of remarkable Brits who have gone above and beyond.
Hosted by Carol Vorderman, this year's award winners include Margaret Walker, a speech therapist who designed a language programme that uses signs, symbols and speech to help people communicate, and seven-year-old Jaydee-Lee Dummett who recognised signs of carbon monoxide poisoning and helped save the lives of her family.
