Louise Redknapp has opened up about the "tough" times she went through after her divorce from husband Jamie.
The pop star, 44, split from Jamie in 2017, and their divorce was finalised by the end of the year.
She's now admitted she struggled after parting ways with her husband of almost 20 years, and father of her two sons.
Louise says she leaned heavily on her female friends for support as she tried to adjust to single life.
During an appearance on BBC Radio 4's Woman's Hour today, she said: "Going through a divorce, it being so public. It's tough.

"No one can take that easily, it's not an easy thing for women or men or anyone to go through.
"And you rely on your friends, so my girlfriends have been my rock."
She praised her mates for standing by her and helping her through some very difficult times.
The singer said: "I've replied on my female friends. My girlfriends have got me through some times that have been really tough.

"It's honest and truthful friendships. Most of my friends I've known since school."
Louise is relaunching her pop career this year with the release of a new album.
Although she insists she hasn't written about her divorce in any of her new tracks, Louise insisted it's full of very personal lyrics.
She explained: "There's a lot of personal things on there, not so much about my love life, but just being a woman."
Louise and Jamie married in 1998 and are parents to two sons, Beau, 10, and Charley, 15.
