Louise Redknapp was reportedly "knocked" when her ex-husband went Instagram official with his pregnant girlfriend.
Jamie Redknapp posted a string of pictures of himself and his partner Frida Andersson Laurie, who is expecting their first child together.
The couple looked loved-up on their holiday in Santorini and Frida showed off her growing baby bump in a white bikini.
It is the first time Jamie has posted pictures of Frida, and the milestone is said to have shocked Louise.
It's claimed that Louise knew he had moved on and found love with Frida, but it was still a shock to her seeing it in pictures.
A source told OK! magazine: "Louise had a bit of a shock. She knows that Jamie is with Frida and they are having a family, but when you actually see pictures it makes it real.
"It has knocked her a bit."
"You can tell in his eyes, Jamie is so devoted and in love with Frida. He can't get enough of her," the source added.
"It's a bit of a double blow for Louise when you see it in pictures. He looks very happy."
But the report claims that Louise is using the feelings the pictures gave her to motivate her to turn her focus back on her career.
The source went on: "It's going to make her strive to succeed in her career as that's what she put on the back shelf when she was with Jamie.
"She put herself second best and it's made her realise she wants to push forward."
The Mirror has contacted reps for Louise and Jamie Redknapp and is currently awaiting comment.
Jamie and Frida's romance is thought to have begun 18 months ago.
Rumours started swirling earlier this year that they were expecting a baby, but neither of them confirmed it, even though her bump had become visible in photos.
It was actually Jamie's dad Harry Redknapp who confirmed the pregnancy, saying the family is "excited" about the new arrival.
"Yeah, we're very excited," Harry said recently. "Jamie is very happy and Frida is happy.
"We're lucky that Jamie has two boys already, Charley and Beau, and our other son Mark has five children, so this will be grandchild number eight. We've got our hands full!"
Harry also said the couple would be "keeping it a secret" when discussing the sex of the baby.
Jamie is dad to two sons Charley, 17, and Beau, 12, with ex wife Louise, who he split from in 2017.
Meanwhile, Frida has four children from her marriage to US hedge fund manager Jonathan Lourie.
