Louise Redknapp has shown off of her enviable figure as she struck a series of sultry poses in her training gear.
Rocking a sports bra, shorts and a hoodie, Louise modelled a workout outfit for her upcoming fashion blog Lou Loves.
"Sports luxe vibes today...@loulovesbylouise," she captioned the snaps.
Louise recently revealed that she's feeling the lockdown blues and gets "lonely."
She also told that ex-husband and football pundit Jamie Redknapp has been paying her visits in lockdown, as the pair continue to co-parent their boys Charley, 15, and Beau, 11.
Jamie brought burgers and an XBox round for the lads to keep them entertained while housebound.
"I think it feels like it's been going on for a long while now," she said, "And I think the longer it goes on the more we panic about jobs and for me it can be quite lonely.
"I'm here and it's great with the kids, but I'm used to going out working and being creative, so it's tough."
Louise hit out at the constant questions asking where her kids are if they don't appear in social media posts.
"Guys, I must have answered this a million times," she sighed, "I feel like people are always really concerned about where my kids are.
"We share them as always and yeah, I don't always put them on my social when they are here because they don't want to be.
"It's not what they want to do, they don't want to self-promote.
"If ever there is a natural moment when they are in it, great, but just because they are not put out socially on my social media does not mean they aren't here!
"I just respect their privacy and what they do or don't want to do and I'm not about to use my kids to prove anything to anybody."
Meanwhile, she's been doing her part to keep spirits up by sharing things she's enjoyed with fans.
This included a quote by FE Marie: "Don't let this big world turn you hard.
"Stay kind and show them how something so soft can be so powerful."
