Louise Redknapp 'doing crunches at 6am' as she 'hopes to find love' in new year

Louise Redknapp is looking as stunning as ever in her sexy social media snaps.

And it's said that her incredible figure is all down to her tough exercise regime, which includes stomach crunches at 6am.

Pals say Louise is stepping up her fitness routine in a bid to keep flooding social media with ab-tastic snaps, and that she hopes to find a new man in 2021.

Following her split from husband Jamie, the father of her sons Charley, 16, and Beau, 12, the former footballer has moved on with 37-year-old model Frida Andersson-Lourie.

And now, pals say Louise, 46, is ready to do the same.

An insider told Heat magazine: "Louise has been doing a strict workout, including stomach crunches at 6am in a bid to get washboard abs and show them off on social media. She's been doing intense circuit training and working out with a new trainer, as well as private classes on Zoom."

They says she's stepping things up and that it's much more than a New Year's Resolution.

They added: "Louise has a game plan - she wants to find herself a new man while also making Jamie jealous. Some men have been interested over the last few months, but it's not easy dating in lockdown. And it's been really tough for her seeing Jamie move on with someone else.

"Obviously, there was a time when Louise thought she and Jamie had a second chance at happiness, but that hasn't happened. She's desperately trying not to feel down about any of it and wants to focus on finding her happiness again."

On Christmas Day, Louise looked back on what had been a tough year for everyone as she shared some wise words with her followers.

She posted a statement which read: "Nothing in this life is certain. And this year was really hard because I think it drove home the fact that life can change so quickly.

"But instead of focusing on those fears, I urge you to focus on what that means. I urge you to let it empower you to live each day in gratitude. Be present. Be thankful that you are here."

It went on: "Life is a mess you will never be able to contain. All you can do is crash your whole soul into it. All you can do is wake up happy for another day, another chance, to find even the smallest bit of beauty and magic within it."

Louise added in her caption: "I feel really lucky to be at home enjoying Christmas with my family but I know there is a lot of people who are on their own struggling and think I can safely say this has been a tough year for everybody. I read these words today and wanted to share them with all of you"

The Mirror has contacted Louise's representatives for comment.
