Louise Redknapp has been open about the challenges she's faced since her marriage to Jamie Redknapp crumbled in 2017.
And now the mother-of-two, 46, has shared that one tool that helped her move on with her life was turning to spirituality.
Following life as a singleton, former Eternal hitmaker Louise decided to dig deep and focus on a higher power in a bid to "focus" on herself.
Detailing an unconventional practice she took part in, Louise says she invited her friends over to her home for them to bury "prayer sticks" in her back garden.
Reflecting on the task, the Heavy Love songstress said: "It was another opportunity to really focus on me and what I want, and a good way to get the girls together."
According to The Daily Star, she added: "I'm grateful that I learned to explore my spiritual side."
Louise and ex-Liverpool player Jamie called time on their 19-year marriage back in 2017 after her career exploded following her appearance on Strictly Come Dancing in 2016.
The beauty has since opened up about how hard she found the end of her relationship and how she regrets not fighting harder to save it.
Speaking to You magazine the West End star explained: "I didn't want to lose too much of a good feeling.
"Before anyone could stop me, I just ran as fast as the wind would take me. I never once looked behind, until maybe too late.
"I should have paused for a minute and thought about other people and had just a bit more time to work out why I felt I couldn't do it anymore."
Heartbreakingly, she has also admitted she considered "stepping out in front of a bus" when her relationship was over and has praised fans for getting her through her darkest times.
She wrote on Instagram : "It is very difficult opening up as there is so much judgement, lack of compassion and nasty comments in the world today but the one thing I’ve learnt over the last few years is that kindness really can go a long way!
"So to all of you that have reached out to me today thank you I will reply yo as many of you as I can... you’ve all got this! Love Lou xxx."
Jamie has since moved on with his new girlfriend, Frida Andersson-Lourie and Louise is still single.
However, a source close to Louise has recently told that she is looking forward to settling down and remarrying.

An insider close to the Let's Go Round Again singer told Heat World that the star has been doing a lot of "soul searching" but she is finally in a better place.
The source said: "Lou says speaking about her marriage has really helped to heal her.
"She’s serious about moving on, and has said that clearing all that toxic energy from the past has made her realise she could see herself getting married again. She’d like another chance at getting her happy ending."
And proving that Louise is keen on finding Mr Right, they added: "She’s got a list of requirements – mainly that he’s self-sufficient, secure in himself and trustworthy. Since releasing her book, her energy has completely shifted.
"She doesn’t want to be forever defined by her failed marriage, or seem as though she can’t let go of the past."
