Louise Porton’s mother found dead at home after being tormented over evil daughter’s murder of grandchildren

Louise Porton’s mother, Sharon Porton, has been found dead at home after reportedly being tormented over the murder of her grandchildren.

The grandmother of murdered Scarlett Vaughan, 17 months, and Lexi Draper, three, was found at the property in Willenhall, Walsall on Sunday.

Police have ruled out any suspicious circumstances surrounding her death.

Relatives of Sharon say that she had been haunted by daughter Louise’s evil murder of her two children, reports the Mirror.

A court heard how the part-time model Louise, 23, killed the two kids because they "got in the way of her sex life".

The evil mother suffocated Lexi in the early hours of January 15, 2018, and was then heard "laughing" at a funeral parlour two days before killing Scarlett on February 1.

Porton was jailed for a minimum of 32 years in August 2019.

999 call made by Louise Porton about daughter Lexi Draper

A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: “Police were called after a woman's body was discovered at an address in Willenhall around 12.45pm on Sunday. The death is not being treated as suspicious and the coroner has been informed.”

The Mirror reported that Louise's devastated cousin, Kerry Porton, said: “It's very sad to share the news that my auntie Sharon apparently felt the need to take her own life.

“Sharon wasn't a bad person - she had a few personal demons but she didn't deserve to go like this.

"She was tormented and upset by her daughter Louise and what she did."

It is understood that Louise has been informed in prison of the tragic news of her mum's death.

Speaking after her daughter’s conviction, Sharon said: “Something snapped in her head. She became a monster, my wonderful little girl changed.

"She’s not the happy loving girl I brought up. I no longer consider her my daughter."
