Louise Minchin was left red-faced when she fell off her bike after making what she called a "rookie error".
The BBC Breakfast host, 52, took to her Twitter account on Thursday afternoon to share a picture of herself lying on the ground after her accident.
She said she had forgotten to take her foot out of the cleat when she was cycling at "0 miles an hour".
Thankfully, Louise wasn't injured, and said "only her pride was hurt".
In the photo, the TV star had all the gear (and seemingly no idea) as she sported a safety helmet, a snazzy multi-coloured vest and a pair of cycling shorts.

She also donned a pair of bright blue and purple socks, sunglasses, red and black arm cover-ups and some white trainers.
Louise lay on the ground under her bike with one leg over the saddle in the snap.
The BBC regular took the accident in good humour and posed for the photo sticking her hands up, with a huge grin on her face.
She captioned it: "Oh the indignity!
"I managed to fall off my bike at 0 miles an hour, forgot to take my foot out of the cleat. Rookie error that haven't done for years!

"Thankfully only my pride was hurt. Anyone else as silly?"
Her BBC Breakfast co-host Dan Walker replied: "Ouch. Hope you're ok."
The photo left her Twitters in stitches, with one replying: "Yes, done that then go through checklist in this order....
"Did anyone see me? Is my bike okay? Am I okay?"
Louise replied: "They saw me, my bike is OK, I am OK!"
Another replied: "We've all done it! You fell on the drive side so I would get your rear derailleur and shift indexing checked out too."
"Thanks I think my leg protected it, but I will check," Louise told them.
It comes after Louise announced she would be quitting BBC Breakfast last month.
Louise, who has been a regular anchor since 2006, interrupted the show to say she was leaving live on air in an episode that aired in June.

She said: "I've decided that is time that I stop setting my alarm for 3.40 - sometimes if I'm feeling really rebellious 3.46 in the morning - and I'm going to be leaving the programme."
"It's not going to be for a while," she added. "But before anything else I wanted to thank everyone that is watching for your loyalty and your support over all those years.
"I have absolutely loved being part of it and I will really miss it, but it's time now to stop that alarm early in the morning."
