Louisa Johnson has lashed out at the singing competition that made her famous saying it was a "f**ked up experience".
The 21-year-old has said her time on The X Factor triggered severe anxiety and after winning the show in 2015 she "blacked out" from December to April 2016.
Louisa, who was 17, at the time, said that she felt like she was "living on adrenaline" following her win.
"I don’t remember anything. I just remember it not being that good, to be honest."
She said that going from all the glitz and glam that was involved with the show to returning back to normal life with her mum and dad, was a shock to the system.
Adding to the Sun : "The whole time for me was just the most weird, amazing, crazy, f****d-up experience I’ve ever been involved with in my entire life."
After Louisa won the show, her best-selling single was the winner's single Forever Young, which was released on Christmas Eve in 2015.
However, that only managed to reach No. 9 in the UK charts. A 2016 collaboration with Clean Bandit fared better, peaking at No. 5 in the charts.

She was signed to Simon Cowell's label Syco after the show but in after three top 20 hits, her 2018 release Yes featuring 2 Chainz only peaked at number 65.
Then back in July last year the singer announced her split from Syco and would be instead working with Sony's Ministry of Sound record label.
She announced the news to her fans via Twitter : "I've been working super hard and I just wanted to let you all know that Syco Music and I have decided not to work together moving forward.

"It was genuinely a mutual decision and there are no hard feelings.
"Big thank you to Syco for everything they've done for me, I've had an actual blast! It's been so much fun and I'll always be grateful to Simon and the team for all their support.
"I'm excited to be releasing a single with @ministryofsound next month which is still part of the Sony family."
