Louis Vuitton might be a heritage brand but it's one that's constantly reinventing itself - whether that's with custom bags at Art Basel or $1k earphones.
The fashion house's latest launch is a pair of luxury wireless earbuds. At $995, the LV earphones would be a pretty expensive thing to lose on the subway. Available in four different colors - black, white, red monogram, or yellow and blue - the design features matte and glossy colors with metallic Louis Vuitton lettering.
So even if you're listening to something totally embarrassing, at least you'll look good while doing it. The release is in partnership with New York-based premium audio brand Master & Dynamic.
The wireless earphones are made with stainless steel acoustic enclosures that house beryllium drivers, which apparently helps produce Master & Dynamic’s signature sound.
The charging case provides 10 hours of battery life, while the earphones store 3.5 hours of listening time (just in case you get stuck on the subway).
Costing $995, the Louis Vuitton Master & Dynamic earphones will be available to buy at the end of the month.
