Louis Tomlinson unveiled his new longer coif as he greeted fans in London on Tuesday in a red England football shirt.
The former One Direction star’s shoulder-length style is far removed from his usual short side-swept fringe look as he made a rare public appearance.
It appears the 29-year-old hitmaker is embracing a longer look amid the ongoing pandemic and kept it in place under a navy Polo Ralph Lauren baseball cap.
Showing his support for England ahead of the Euro 2020 semi-final this week, the Walls singer wore a vintage England football shirt which sported Steven Gerrard's name and number across the back.
The star complemented the red jersey with a pair of black trousers and white trainers. Louis looked in jovial spirits as he waved to waiting fans as he stepped out of his car and started signing autographs.
His appearance comes months after the Doncaster native performed a live from London streamed gig, and the show proved to be a record-breaking success.
The star returned to the stage in December after his plans for a world tour in 2020 were thrown due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
At the time, the concert special filmed at the O2 in London sold an incredible 160,000 tickets. Proceeds of the gig helped raise money for causes close to his heart, including Fareshare and live events crews out of work due to the pandemic.
After the event, the Steal My Girl singer's concert was named the biggest male solo artists live stream of 2020.
Louis found fame on 2010'a X-Factor when he joined the newly devised boyband, One Direction, following a suggestion from judge Nicole Scherzinger.
The star alongside Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne and Niall Horan, became a global success as One Direction, selling 70 million records worldwide.
The group went on to win four Brit Awards, four MTV Video Awards and six Billboard Awards during their five years together. The band, who became a foursome when Zayn Malik left in March 2015, went on an indefinite hiatus on January 2016.
Following the group's hiatus, Louis released his debut single Just Hold On was released in December 2016, which peaked at number two on the UK chart.
Louis went on to release his debut album Walls in 2020, which spawned five singles, Two of Us, Kill My Mind, We Made It, Don't Let It Break Your Heart and Walls.
In May, the music announced that he signed global deal with BMG to release his second album after parting ways with his record label Syco.
