Shoppers are rushing to stores after a popular spread has launched a special chocolate version.
Lotus has revealed a new chocolate with Biscoff cream with little crunchy flakes sandwiched between milk chocolate and is being sold in Co-op stores.
The popular spread inspired by the lotus biscuits often found by the side of a coffee mug or on a hotel pillow and has now found its way into a chocolate bar and onto supermarket shelves.

Rowan Beattie, Co-op Confectionery Buyer, told Grocery Trader: We know that Lotus Biscoff is already very popular and has quite the following, so we’re delighted to be the first to be able to sell this product to its fans. Co-op is always looking for new and innovative product development to add to the range, choice and products that provide a compelling offer and excites customers and we can’t wait to see the reaction to the new chocolate bar.”
It has already gained thousands of people's attention on social media with posts gaining 4.4k comments.
One wrote: "Not a fan of Lotus Biscoff but these look yummy."
